团队情景意识(team situation awareness,TSA)是研究团队绩效的重要概念。目前研究者对团队情景意识的研究还处在较为初级的阶段,关于团队情景意识的概念还争论较多,主要从团队个体和团队整体层面对团队情景意识进行定义。在此基础上,主流的团队情景意识的概念模型也分为基于个体情景意识与共享情景意识的模型和分布式团队情景意识模型。而评价团队情景意识的方法目前主要是以下3种,分别是基于模型测试法、专家评价法和CAST(coordinated awareness of situation by teams)方法。本文主要介绍了以上这些内容,并且提出下一步团队情景意识的研究应当着重于提出可操作性强的概念模型以及方便应用实施的测量方法。
Team situation awareness (TSA) is an important concept for studying team performance. At present, researches on team situational awareness are still at a relatively early stage. There are still many controversies about the concept of team situational awareness, which mainly define team situational awareness from the perspective of team individuals and the team as a whole. On this basis, the conceptual model of the mainstream team situational awareness is also divided into a model based on individual situational awareness and shared situational awareness and a distributed team situational awareness model. At present, the methods for evaluating team situational awareness are mainly based on the following three models: model test, expert evaluation and CAST (coordinated awareness of situation by teams). This paper mainly introduces the above contents, and puts forward the next step of the study of team situational awareness should focus on the concept of a strong operational model and the application of measurement methods to facilitate implementation.
