地市党报是我国数量众多、覆盖面广并具有重要地位和作用的媒体。进入新世纪,网络传媒方兴未艾,报业竞争日趋激烈,特别是我国进入WTO后,地市党报的生存和发展又将面临新的机遇和挑战。如何面对新形势、迎接新挑战、促进新发展,这是地市党报面临的一个重大课题。我们认为,地市报要做大做强,最有效的办珐是实行市县联办,组建准报业集团,采取集约化管理的模式。 Local newspaper is a large number of our country, covering a wide range and has an important position and role of the media. Entering the new century, the online media are in the ascendant and the newspaper industry is becoming increasingly competitive. Especially after China’s accession to the WTO, the survival and development of the local party newspaper will face new opportunities and challenges. How to face the new situation, meet the new challenges and promote the new development is an important issue that the local party newspaper faces. In our opinion, the municipal newspapers should be bigger and stronger. The most effective way to do that is to jointly run cities and counties and set up a quasi-newspaper group to adopt an intensive management mode.
