针对季冻区隧道渗漏水与冰冻产生的原因,提出了采用防水、排水、保温、供热等方法进行综合防治的工程措施,其中包括:防水板选用低温性能好的材料,并在防水层敷设前尽量降低喷射混凝土表面的粗糙度,以保持防水层的长期完好;在衬砌施工缝中,采用先排后堵的可排水止水带;在衬砌下隅角背后,设置保温层,并使之防潮;在衬砌紧靠防水层一侧,设置环向电加热带,必要时通电加热使上部渗水顺畅下排。
