分析了航天器电源系统传统的测控管理设计方案,依据国内航天发展现状指出必须加强电源系统的在轨自主管理能力,由此提出一种基于模块化、芯片化的测控管理综合集成设计方案,该方案融合支持信息网络服务的标准接口及协议、芯片化等新技术,以最小代价满足并实现电源系统大吞吐量控制信息传输、测量信息采集的需求以及蓄电池的自主管理等功能,是空间用电源系统测控管理设计的新方向。
