目的:考察复方腮腺炎巴布剂的药物体外释放和透皮行为。方法:采用垂直式Franz扩散池。HPLC测定接收液中双氯芬酸钠(DCS)含量,紫外分光光度法测定黄酮类化合物含量。结果:DCS和黄酮类化合物的累积透皮率分别为32%、21%,DCS和黄酮类化合物的体外释放率分别为47%、42%。结论:复方腮腺炎巴布剂的药物透皮行为属于零级动力学过程,体外释放符合Higuchi方程。
Objective: To investigate the in vitro release and transdermal drug release of compound mumps poultice. Methods: Vertical Franz diffusion cell. The content of diclofenac sodium (DCS) in the receiving solution was determined by HPLC and the content of flavonoids was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. RESULTS: The cumulative transdermal rates of DCS and flavonoids were 32% and 21%, respectively. The in vitro release rates of DCS and flavonoids were 47% and 42%, respectively. Conclusion: The drug transdermal behavior of mumps capsule belongs to zero-order kinetic process, and the in vitro release accords with Higuchi equation.
