为获得木质素、纤维素和半纤维素含量对农作物秸秆干燥的影响,对玉米秆、小麦秆、棉花秆进行干燥实验,化学成分测定.分别得到玉米秆、小麦秆、棉花秆的木质素、纤维素、半纤维素和总纤维素含量及不同温度下各种物料的干燥曲线,通过对比干燥曲线,总结农作物秸秆的不同化学成分含量对干燥过程的影响,同时分析了产生这种影响的原因.
In order to obtain the influence of lignin, cellulose and hemicellulose content on the drying of crop straw, the drying experiment and the chemical composition determination of corn stalk, wheat stalk and cotton stalk were carried out.The lignin content of corn stalk, wheat stalk, cotton stalk, Cellulose, hemicellulose and total cellulose content and the drying curve of various materials at different temperatures. By comparing the drying curves, the effects of different chemical compositions of crop straws on the drying process were summarized, and the reasons for the effects were also analyzed .
