宝钢电厂工程是从日本引进的35万千瓦机组成套火力发电设备,代表了七十年代末的国际先进水平。在施工方法和施工机具上也有所革新,采用了和以往传统不同的方式。这里介绍的二十一项新技术,在今后大型火力发电新建工程中推广应用后,对保证质量、加快工期、提高效率将起到重要的作用。但其中关于钢结构厂房,由于国内钢材供应紧张,投资较高,尚须有条件的逐步采用,现石横,平圩二个工程巳决定采用钢结构,要总结经验;大型移动式吊车也必须根据厂房结构形式和吊装方案,有条件的采用;混凝土泵车和搅拌车国内已开始生产,现已有七个火电施工单位配备了此项机械,混凝土采取泵送后将显著提高工效。
The Baosteel Power Plant project is a set of 35,000-kilowatt machines imported from Japan. It constitutes a set of thermal power generation equipment and represents the international advanced level at the end of the 1970s. The construction method and construction equipment have also been renovated and adopted in a different way than in the past. The twenty-one new technologies introduced here will play an important role in guaranteeing quality, speeding up the construction period, and improving efficiency after being popularized and applied in new large-scale thermal power projects in the future. However, regarding the steel structure workshops, due to the tight supply of domestic steel products and high investment, it is still necessary to gradually adopt the conditions. At present, Shiheng and Pingyi have decided to adopt steel structures for the two projects. The experience must be summed up; large mobile cranes must also be used. According to the structure and hoisting scheme of the factory building, the condition is adopted; the concrete pump truck and the mixer truck have started production in China. There are already seven thermal power construction units equipped with this machine, and concrete pumping will significantly improve the work efficiency.
