目的:研究珍菊降压片中有效中药成分的提取浓缩方法。方法:通过渗漉提取、破碎提取、冷浸提取、回流提取分别经95%Et OH及70%Me_2CO两种溶剂对珍菊进行提取,浓缩采取真空薄膜浓缩法以及常规减压浓缩法两种方式。结果:溶剂选为95%Et OH及70%Me_2CO,通过冷浸提取、渗漉提取、破碎提取、回流提取四种方式提取珍菊成分,结果显示不同提取方式对提量、收率产生影响,当溶剂为95%Et OH时,四种方式以破碎提取收率最高,剩余依次为渗漉提取、冷浸提取、回流提取。而以70%Me_2CO为溶剂时四种提取方式最终收率均提高,但四种提取方式之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两种方式浓缩时间均为20 min、浓缩量400 m L,溶液为H_2O温度70°C真空薄膜浓缩馏出量140 m L、常规减压浓缩120 m L;溶液为95%Et OH时温度45°C真空薄膜浓缩馏出量160 m L、常规减压浓缩110 m L;溶液为70%Me_2CO时温度55°C为180 m L、110 m L。结论:破碎提取及真空薄膜浓缩为珍菊降压片有效提取浓缩方式,同时在提取过程中建议采用70%Me_2CO为溶剂。
Objective: To study the method of extraction and concentration of effective Chinese medicinal ingredients in Zhenju Jiangya Tablet.
