1.导轨磨床的选用我厂用来修理各种机床导轨的一台6M×0.8M导轨磨床,最早使用黑色齿轮油并适当调入机油进行润滑。该油冬天需要加热,使用不便,要清洗换油时,耗用大量煤油、工时,使用中钢丝绳经常断裂。后来我们试用了28号双曲线齿轮油HL,经使用发现启动时台面飘浮,运动时产生爬行,试油也不适用。我们再改用38号汽缸油(即6号过热汽缸油)HG,运动粘度100℃为32～44×10~(-6)m~2/s,恩氏粘度为4.35～5.85,凝固点为10,无机械杂质,结果效果良好。该汽缸油在摩擦表面能形成牢固稳定的油膜,粘度大,热安定性和抗氧化性好,冬天使用不必加热,启动不飘浮,
