本文探讨了表面裂纹经疲劳形成穿透裂纹的过程,认为导致“宁漏勿破”现象的缘由有二:(1)使表面裂纹失稳扩展(沿深度方向)的压力大于使剩余韧带塑性屈服的极限压力;(2)剩余韧带小于或等于裂纹尖端的塑性区尺寸.并给出了相应的两个判据公式.
In this paper, we discuss the process of surface crack through the process of fatigue crack penetration. We think there are two reasons for the phenomenon of “leak not to be cracked”: (1) the pressure to expand the surface crack instability (depth direction) is greater than the plastic yield (2) The remaining ligaments are less than or equal to the size of the plastic zone at the crack tip, and the corresponding two criteria formulas are given.
