江苏省如东县实验中学现有69个教学班,学生4250人,专任教师231人,其中江苏省特级教师2人,拥有中、高级职称的教师占教师总数的65%。学校在多年课程改革实验的基础上整合而成了“协进课堂”教学模式。“协进课堂”依托教师的科学预设,围绕问题的多元探究,构建互动和谐的学习氛围,充分发挥学生学习的主观能动性,形成科学、优效、优质的课堂文化。在“协进课堂”的引领下,学生自主学习能力得到提高,学校教学质量
