作者将ＢＴＡ实验与尿细胞学检查进行回顾性比较分析 ,同时确定此实验能否监测出常规膀胱镜检查不能发现的膀胱癌复发。作者选取 44 5例膀胱癌病人 ,在膀胱镜检查前 ,留尿分别送培养、尿细胞学检查及ＢＴＡ实验 ,选取ＢＴＡ阳性而膀胱镜、排泄性尿路造影、肾脏ＢＵＳ、随机活检
