本文介绍了用介质谐振器制作镜能回收微波混频器的设计方法。实验表明,在X波段用介质谐振器制成的镜能回收混频器,在信号口可以使变频损耗减小1dB左右,同时在镜频口可以使镜像抑制比达到25dB以上。
This article describes the design method of using a dielectric resonator to make a mirror-recycle microwave mixer. Experiments show that in the X-band dielectric resonator mirror made of energy recovery mixer, the signal port can reduce the frequency conversion loss of about 1dB, while the mirror port can make the image rejection ratio of more than 25dB.
