“幸福的家庭彼此相似,不幸的家庭各有各的不幸。”当杂志社编辑建议我写一篇关于美国医疗保健制度方面的文章时,我脑海中首先闪现的是托尔斯泰的小说《安娜·卡列林娜》里这句经典的开场白。如果国家可以比作家庭,在评判医保制度这个问题上,没有哪个国家是真正幸福的。而美国现行的医保制度也许让其首当其冲,成为不幸中的不幸。这也是由许多特定因素决定的。
