老年人吸入性肺炎,为老年人肺部感染的重要疾病。由于吸入异物病史不典型,常被忽视而延误诊断,导致不良后果。我院自1984年1月至1987年12月共收治42例,占同期老年人肺部感染的18％(42/231)。现作一分析。
Aspiration pneumonia in the elderly, is an important disease of the elderly lung infection. Due to atypical history of inhaled foreign body, often overlooked and delayed diagnosis, leading to adverse consequences. 42 cases were admitted to our hospital from January 1984 to December 1987, accounting for 18% (42/231) of the elderly with pulmonary infection in the same period. Now make an analysis.
