中国特色社会主义新时代精神文明建设过程的开启、深化,是有深层次的根源逻辑的,马克思主义理论是其理论之根,中国特色社会主义精神文明建设的专有实践和总体实践构成其实践之源,中国传统优秀文化和社会主义先进文化构成其文化之脉,三者的共同作用形成新时代精神文明建设过程深层次的生成逻辑。在对这些根源逻辑坚守和延展基础上,结合具体实际守正出新、推陈出新,则是新时代精神文明建设过程的进一步深化和发展必须高度重视的工作。
