加压连续环形色层分离法实际上是在连续离子交换分离技术基础上发展起来的。所用设备由一个装有吸附材料且缓慢转动的环形床和几个固定进料点及固定出料口所组成。研究工作是使用直径280毫米,长600毫米的连续环形色层分离器进行,但最近已经设计和安装了一种较大的设备。在加压连续环形色层分离器中用阳离子交换树脂已连续制得含铪小于0.01%核反应堆级锆和含锆小于1%的铪。该设备由于连续进料和放出产品,可适合于大规模生产,并且能够分离多组分料液。
Pressurized continuous annular chromatography is actually developed on the basis of continuous ion exchange separation technology. The equipment used consisted of an annular bed containing adsorbent material and rotating slowly, and several fixed feed points and fixed discharge openings. The study was conducted using a continuous annular color separator 280 mm in diameter and 600 mm long, but a larger piece of equipment has been recently designed and installed. H 2 O containing hafnium less than 0.01% nuclear reactor grade and hafnium containing less than 1% zirconium have been continuously produced using a cation exchange resin in a pressurized continuous annular chromatographic separator. The unit is suitable for mass production due to the continuous feed and discharge of the product and enables the separation of multicomponent feeds.
