【目的】将现代信息技术引入新生儿疾病筛查工作,以提高新筛工作的服务和管理水平。【方法】在北京市妇幼信息网络的基础上搭建新生儿疾病筛查信息网,开发设计以汉信码为基础的“北京市新生儿疾病筛查信息管理系统”。【结果】新生儿疾病筛查信息系统可以实现从新筛标本采集、递送、实验室检验,到可疑病例召回、确诊、治疗、随访等全过程的信息化,具备良好的辅助管理功能和公众查询功能。【结论】将信息技术引入新筛领域有其必要性和优势,新筛信息管理系统可以优化新筛业务流程、提高管理水平。
【Objective】 The introduction of modern information technology into neonatal disease screening, in order to improve the work of the new screen service and management level. [Methods] The Neonatal Disease Screening Information Network was set up based on the information network of women and children in Beijing. The “Neonatal Disease Screening Information Management System” was designed and developed based on Han Xin Code. 【Results】 The Neonatal Disease Screening Information System can realize the informationization of the entire process of collection, delivery, laboratory test, suspicious case recall, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up and so on. It has good assistant management function and public inquiry function . 【Conclusion】 The introduction of information technology into the field of new sieve has its own advantages and advantages. The new sieve information management system can optimize the new sieve business process and improve the management level.
