目的 研究香茅油次要成分抑制肿瘤的活性。方法 香茅油次要成分经减压蒸馏得到榄香烯、吉马烯等萜烯含量占80 %以上的混合物,添加大豆磷脂乳化得到乳状液,进行药理实验。结果 证实香茅油次要成分榄香烯、吉马烯等萜烯的混合物制备成的口服乳具有抑制肿瘤的作用:小鼠肉瘤(S180 )动物移植性肿瘤 灌胃剂量分别为2 0、15、10mL/kg ,其抑制率分别为35 %、35 %、2 9% ;小鼠肝癌(H2 2 )动物移植性肿瘤 灌胃剂量分别为2 0、15、10mL/kg ,其抑制率分别为36 %、33%、2 5 %。结论 本实验证明香茅油所含的萜烯类成分具有抑制肿瘤作用。
Objective To study the antitumor activity of secondary components of citronella oil. Methods The minor components of citronella oil were distilled under reduced pressure to obtain a mixture containing more than 80% terpenes such as elemene and gemenene. Soybean phospholipids were emulsified to obtain emulsions and pharmacological experiments were carried out. The results confirmed that the oral milk prepared from a mixture of the minor components of citronella oil, elemene, and gemenene, inhibited the tumors: the mouse sarcoma (S180) animal transplanted tumors were intragastrically administrated at doses of 20 and 15, respectively. At 10 mL/kg, the inhibitory rates were 35%, 35%, and 29%, respectively. The doses of gastric cancer (H22) transplanted tumors in mice were 20, 15, and 10 mL/kg, respectively, and the inhibition rates were 36%, 33%, 25%. Conclusion This experiment demonstrates that the terpenoids contained in citronella oil can inhibit tumors.
