系统地研究了棉花专用腐植酸(HA)复合肥的增产效果、合理用量及其同多种生理指标的相关关系。结果表明,在施肥成本相等条件下,棉用HA复合肥比进口磷酸二铵和无机棉花专用肥(国产)分别增收皮棉246kg/hm2,279kg/hm2。该复合肥对土壤有机质含量具有超补偿效应。土壤养分含量、植株体内养分含量、叶绿素含量、光合强度、蒸腾强度、硝酸还原酶(NR)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及(POD)活性与棉用HA复合肥用量间均呈显著或极显著正相关。气孔阻力与HA复合肥用量呈显著负相关。皮棉产量与该复合肥用量及上述营养指标和生理指标之间呈显著正相关。最高皮棉产量为1995kg/hm2,相应的HA复合肥用量为669.7kg/hm2。
This paper systematically studied the yield-increasing effect, reasonable dosage and its correlation with various physiological indexes of cotton-specific humic acid (HA) compound fertilizer. The results showed that under the condition of equal fertilization cost, cotton compound fertilizer increased 246kg / hm2 and 279kg / hm2 respectively than imported diammonium phosphate and inorganic cotton special fertilizer (domestic). The compound fertilizer has a super-compensation effect on soil organic matter content. Soil nutrient content, plant nutrient content, chlorophyll content, photosynthetic intensity, transpiration intensity, nitrate reductase (NR), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and (POD) Very significant positive correlation. Stomatal resistance was negatively correlated with the amount of HA compound fertilizer. There was a significant positive correlation between lint yield and the amount of compound fertilizer and the above nutrition indexes and physiological indexes. The highest lint yield was 1995kg / hm2, and the corresponding amount of HA compound fertilizer was 669.7kg / hm2.
