01 will listen to shopping guide to win the customer I contacted a shopping guide, although she is not learning psychology, but always capture the customer’s heart. The words she responded often made customers feel intimate and moved. One of her many advantages is that she knows how to listen to her customers. She told me that the brand she serves is high-end women’s wear. The female customers that I contact are generally successful and mature women over 35 years of age, or full-time wives who are successful in her husband’s career. Although these two types of women have similar economic strength, they can have different concerns and sense of accomplishment. Business-oriented women have deep connotations and wonderful social activities. What they are most concerned about when they receive services is whether they can find parties for them and when they are active, they can set off the clothes that they are the focus of; full-time.
