近年来,国内的大型企业纷纷凭雄厚的财力进入销售终端,如:联想的加盟连锁,TCL的专卖店等。许多中小型企业也纷纷开始尝试终端销售模式,如多数品牌服装专卖。渠道模式的变化自然会引起生产企业营运策略的变化,如何有效的调研终端、开发终端、维护终端、优化终端成为各商家关注的话题。同时如何进行有效的终端形象设计,助力商家快速提升产品销量并体现企业形象,塑造企业品牌价值,是每个企业终端店面建设管理人员面临的新课题。
