通过测量 Al熔体的粘度,研究了 Al熔体粘度随温度的变化规律,发现在升温过程中熔体粘度值在 780和 950℃左右发生突变.在降温过程中,粘度的突变发生在 930与 750℃ Al熔体氢含量的测定表明,氢含量随温度变化曲线也在 780℃ 发生突变.通过对液态 Al的分子动力学模拟,发现 Al的第一近邻配位原子的排布方式随温度的变化在 780℃左右与 950 ℃ 左右也存在突变探索了Al熔体液态微观结构与熔体粘度的内在联系
By measuring the viscosity of Al melt, the change of viscosity of Al melt with temperature was studied. It was found that the viscosity of Al melts at about 780 and 950 ℃ during the heating process. During the cooling process, the viscosity change occurred at 930 and 750 ℃, and the hydrogen content in Al melts showed that the hydrogen content changed abruptly at 780 ℃ with temperature. Through the molecular dynamics simulation of liquid Al, it is found that the arrangement of the first nearest neighbor coordination atoms in Al also changes abruptly with the temperature around 780 ℃ and about 950 ℃.
