基于生态经济协调发展理论,从北京市怀柔区雁栖河小流域的生态、经济、社会子系统中选取13个评价指标,采用梯形函数对各指标评价值进行归一化,并通过层次分析法确定各指标权重,在此基础上采用加权综合指数法对流域生态经济效益进行评价.结果表明:2004—2011年,雁栖河小流域生态、经济、社会效益均有所提高,其中,生态效益的增幅最大,其效益评价值由2004年的0.210提高到2011年的0.255,增幅为21.5%;系统生态经济效益综合评价值由0.734提高到0.840,增幅为14.2%.目前,流域已达到高级生态系统阶段,系统处于良性循环,流域内生态、经济、社会协调发展.
Based on the theory of coordinated development of ecological economy, 13 evaluation indexes were selected from the ecological, economic and social subsystems of Yanqi River watershed in Huairou District of Beijing. The trapezoidal function was used to normalize the evaluation values of each index and to determine by AHP Based on this, we use the weighted synthetic index method to evaluate the ecological and economic benefits of the basin.The results show that from 2004 to 2011, the ecological, economic and social benefits of the Yanqihe Small Watershed have been improved, among which, the increase of ecological benefits The maximum benefit evaluation value increased from 0.210 in 2004 to 0.255 in 2011, an increase of 21.5%; the comprehensive evaluation value of ecological and economic benefits of the system increased from 0.734 to 0.840, an increase of 14.2% .At present, the basin has reached the advanced ecosystem stage , The system is in a virtuous circle and the ecological, economic and social coordinated development within the basin.
