采空区下破碎顶板巷道支护技术研究

为实现平煤股份四矿己16.17-23140机巷在上覆采空区破碎顶板条件下全锚支护成功,分析了巷道应力情况,确定了巷道存在应力降低区和应力集中区。按照模糊综合评判,确定了该巷围岩稳定性在应力降低区为Ⅳ类不稳定,在应力集中区为Ⅴ类极不稳定。按照工程类比法确定了相应的支护形式和参数;根据巷道层间距变化和应力集中情况,采用了3种支护设计方案;围岩监测变形结果表明,巷道两帮位移量及顶板下沉量满足安全要求。该项技术解决了四矿近距离下分层不稳定顶板巷道全锚支护难题。 In order to realize the success of full anchor support under the condition of broken roof in the overlying goaf of 16.17-23140 mine of Pingdingshan Coal Mine, the stress of the roadway is analyzed and the stress reduction zone and stress concentration zone of the roadway are determined. According to fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, it is confirmed that the stability of the surrounding rock of this lane is unstable in Class IV in the area where stress is reduced and V is very unstable in the stress concentration area. According to engineering analogy method, the corresponding support forms and parameters were determined. According to the variation of laneway spacing and stress concentration, three kinds of support designs were adopted. The deformation monitoring results of surrounding rock show that the displacements of two tunnels and the amount of roof subsidence Meet safety requirements This technology solves the difficult problem of full anchor support in unstable roof roadway of four-mine near distance.

春、夏季是农民朋友修建沼气池的好季节,常有一些农民朋友反映,新建的沼气池经过试水、试压等质量检验也合格,但装料后总是不产气或产气很慢。究其原因,主要有以下几点:  1、加入的接种物量不足。沼气池初次启动时,应收集老沼气池的沼渣、沼液及粪坑底部黑色沉渣或塘泥、城镇污水沟的污泥等富含沼气细菌的接种物,与发酵原料混合均匀后一并入池,加入的量应达到发酵原料的10%~30%。  2、料液浓度及水温没控制好。
