通过推广应用热风烧结、低温低负压点火、低温烧结等多项新技术,烧结抽风系统治理漏风、环保设备改造等设备技术改造,以及合理使用固体废弃物、优化原料结构等措施的实施,莱钢2×265m2烧结机系统技术经济指标稳定提升,工序能耗由投产初期的70kg标煤/t以上降至约56kg标煤/t,粉尘排放浓度降低到了80~90mg/m3。同时建议建立稳定的原料结构制度,继续完善低温烧结技术并探索高TFe低SiO2烧结生产技术,以进一步降低烧结工序、炼铁工序成本。
Through the promotion and application of a number of new technologies such as hot-air sintering, low-temperature and low-negative-pressure ignition, low temperature sintering, etc., sintering ventilation system to control air leakage and environmental protection equipment transformation, technological transformation of equipment, rational use of solid waste and optimization of raw material structure, The technical and economic indexes of 2 × 265m2 sintering machine system of steel steadily increased. The energy consumption of the process decreased from above 70kg standard coal / t in the initial stage of production to about 56kg standard coal / t, and the dust emission concentration was reduced to 80 ~ 90mg / m3. At the same time, it is suggested to establish a stable raw material structure system, continue to improve low temperature sintering technology and explore high TFe low SiO2 sintering production technology to further reduce the sintering process, ironmaking process costs.
