目前环保型红炮生产多为人工手动将其端口翻边封实,难于实现自动化生产,生产效率低。通过设计一种能实现红炮筒自动化雕顶的新型雕顶刀具,并利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件对新型雕顶刀具的雕顶效果进行显示动力学仿真分析,论证这种新型雕顶刀具能够在引线切割定位后,对红炮筒实现比较理想的封顶效果。为环保型红炮的自动化生产提供了可行方法,具有重要的借鉴意义。
