白炭黑是浅色制品主要的补强填料之一。与炭黑相比,其橡胶-填料间的相互作用较弱,这个问题可通过在胶料中添加硅烷偶联剂来克服。因而选择适宜的偶联剂非常重要。该文的研究对比了双(3-三乙氧基硅烷丙基)四硫化物(Si69)和3-氰硫基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(Si264)在有效硫化体系(EV)中的补强效果。结果表明,在胶料中添加硅烷偶联剂能在很大程度上提高胶料的加工性能,Si264的补强效果优于Si69,且相应地提高了硫化胶的物理机械性能,这是由于添加硅烷偶联剂能提高橡胶-填料间的相互作用和填料在橡胶基体中的分散性。当Si264和Si69的用量分别为3.0份和1.5份时,其效果最好。若大于此用量,硫化胶的拉伸强度和撕裂强度等物理机械性能相应减弱,这是因为Si264对胶料的塑化作用和Si69中硫原子作用的结果。与Si264相比,Si69能赋予硫化胶更好的的动态力学性能,但会降低其耐老化性,其原因同样是因为存在硫的作用。
Silica is one of the major reinforcing fillers for light-colored products. The rubber-filler interaction is weaker than carbon black, a problem that can be overcome by adding a silane coupling agent to the compound. Therefore, the choice of suitable coupling agent is very important. This study compares the effects of bis (3-triethoxysilylpropyl) tetrasulfide (Si69) and 3-thiocyanatopropyltriethoxysilane (Si264) in an effective vulcanization system (EV) Strong effect. The results show that the addition of silane coupling agent in the compound can greatly improve the processing performance of the compound. The reinforcing effect of Si264 is better than that of Si69, and the physicomechanical properties of the vulcanizate are correspondingly increased, which is attributed to the addition of Silane coupling agents increase the rubber-filler interaction and filler dispersion in the rubber matrix. When Si264 and Si69 dosage were 3.0 and 1.5, the best effect. If the amount is larger than this amount, the physical and mechanical properties such as tensile strength and tear strength of the vulcanized rubber are correspondingly weakened due to the plasticizing effect of Si264 on the rubber material and the effect of sulfur atoms in Si69. Compared with Si264, Si69 gives vulcanizates better dynamic mechanical properties, but will reduce the aging resistance, the same reason for the presence of sulfur.
