采用文献资料和逻辑分析等研究方法,论述了目前中学体育课程中张扬人文精神的真正内涵,分析了中学体育课程中人文精神缺失的原因,指出中学体育教育应该充分完善与张扬学生个性,培养学生的参与合作意识;促进学生的身心全面发展,提倡“以人为本”的理念并把这种理念贯穿于整个教学过程的始终。
This paper discusses the current connotation of humanistic spirit in the middle school physical education curriculum by means of literature research and logical analysis. It analyzes the reasons for the lack of humanistic spirit in the middle school physical education curriculum. It points out that physical education in middle school should be fully perfected and publicized, Awareness of participation in cooperation; to promote the all-round development of students’ physical and mental, promote “people-oriented” concept and put this concept throughout the entire teaching process.
