汽车内外饰的外观品质与配合精度要求越来越被用户所重视,而合理完善的定位系统是实现完美匹配的先决条件。文章阐述了CDLS定位系统的理论基础、设计原则和流程,以某车型的组合仪表罩为例,进行了定位系统的设计。通过协调主定位点与辅助定位点之间的相互配合关系,提高了匹配的效果。经过一系列车型的设计验证,使用CDLS进行定位系统的设计,能够很好地满足内外饰件之间的配合要求,达到预定的外观品质目标,提高了用户的满意度。
Automotive interior and exterior appearance of the quality and meet the accuracy requirements of the user more and more attention, and a sound positioning system is a perfect match to achieve the prerequisite. The article elaborated the theory basis, design principle and flow of CDLS positioning system. Taking the combination instrument cover of a vehicle as an example, the positioning system was designed. By coordinating the relationship between the main anchor point and the auxiliary anchor point, the matching effect is improved. After a series of models of design validation, the use of CDLS positioning system design, can well meet the requirements of the coordination between internal and external components to achieve the desired appearance quality objectives and improve user satisfaction.
