采用加压渗流铸造法制备了铝合金-盐颗粒复合体。并研究了预制块的制备工艺。当粘接剂含量在10%左右、焙烧温度为720℃、焙烧时间为5.4ks时,可得到抗压强度较高的预制块。运用SEM观察了预制块焙烧前后盐颗粒形状的变化。将盐颗粒从铝合金-盐复合体中去除后,得到多孔铝合金。测试其热膨胀系数,发现其平均线膨胀系数比铝合金低。
The aluminum alloy-salt particle composite was prepared by pressurized seepage casting. The preparation technology of prefabricated block was also studied. When the content of the adhesive is about 10%, the calcination temperature is 720 ℃ and the calcination time is 5.4ks, a pre-block with high compressive strength can be obtained. SEM was used to observe the changes of the shape of the salt particles before and after roasting. After the salt particles are removed from the aluminum alloy-salt composite, a porous aluminum alloy is obtained. Test its coefficient of thermal expansion and found its average linear expansion coefficient is lower than the aluminum alloy.
