本文通过对江西师大体育系学生,采用念动练习学习排球正面上手传球和正面扣球的学习效果的实验研究,得出了念动练习对动作技能的学习能产生有益影响的结论,并由此确认:念动练习法是一种有助于提高动作技能学习效果的新的体育教学方法。另外,通过统计处理,还得知:学生的念动能力与动作技能的学习效果呈高度正相关,从而确认,念动能力是影响念动练习效果的重要因素之一。
In this paper, through the experimental study of the learning effect of the front-facing volley ball and the frontal smash ball in the physical education students of Jiangxi Normal University, the author draws the conclusion that the reading exercise can have a beneficial effect on the learning of motor skills It confirms that the practice of reading practice is a new teaching method of physical education that helps to improve the learning effect of motor skills. In addition, through statistical processing, we also learned that the students’ cognitive ability and the learning effect of motor skills are highly positively correlated, so as to confirm and read the motor ability is one of the important factors that affect the effect of motor training.
