目的观察牙增高固定修复的临床疗效.方法对经检查后认为可以固定修复的咬合过低患者,对残根残冠进行根管治疗,打入根桩,或对正常自然牙进行牙备,然后确定牙高度,咬蜡记录,予以固定修复.结果对79例牙增高固定修复1～10a的患者追踪观察,认为(牙合)增高固定修复对恢复咀嚼功能、美观功能以及患者的生理自信度具有极佳效果.对因咬合过低引发的颞颌关节不适亦具有明显治疗作用.结论在咬合过低的老年牙列缺损患者中固定修复应是一种效果极佳的方式.
