目的:进行足叶乙苷长循环脂质体的抑瘤性研究。方法:通过C57BL/6 J小鼠接种Lewis肺癌,建立肿瘤模型后给药,以16 d的小鼠肿瘤重量为指标,进行抑瘤率考察,同时进行病理切片观察。结果:足叶乙苷长循环脂质体组的抑瘤率为64.15%,明显高于足叶乙苷注射液组的47.92%、普通脂质体组的58.49%。肿瘤组织病理切片的结果显示,足叶乙苷长循环脂质体组的肿瘤组织出现明显的核凝固坏死现象。结论:足叶乙苷长循环脂质体具有一定的抑瘤性能。
OBJECTIVE: To study the antitumor activity of etoposide long-circulating liposomes. Methods: Lewis lung carcinoma was inoculated with C57BL / 6 J mice and the tumor model was established. The tumor weight was taken as an indicator on the 16th day to observe the inhibition rate of the tumor and pathological observation. Results: The inhibition rate of long-acting ethidium glycosides long-circulating liposome group was 64.15%, which was significantly higher than that of etoposide injection group 47.92%, 58.49% of the ordinary liposome group. The results of tumor tissue biopsy showed that the tumor tissue of the long leaf Ethidium long-circulating liposome group showed obvious nuclear coagulation necrosis. Conclusion: Etoposide long-circulating liposomes have certain anti-tumor properties.
