研究了泵浦光的不同通光方向对双掺Er/Yb:KY(WO4)(2简称Er/Yb:KYW)晶体吸收、荧光、拉曼以及上转换荧光光谱的影响。实验表明在不同通过条件下对晶体各种光谱强度影响较大,显示出各向异性。因此在设计用激光二极管泵浦的激光器时,应考虑合适的泵浦光入射在晶体上的轴向。晶体按折射率主轴切割,相同实验条件下,Np轴方向进行泵浦具有更好的吸收效率;各向荧光强度,INp>INg>INm,同时测量了单掺Yb:KY(WO4)(2简称Yb:KYW)晶体,其各向荧光强度INg>INp>INm;上转换荧光强度INp>INg>INm。
The absorption, fluorescence, Raman and up-conversion fluorescence spectra of two-doped Er / Yb: KY (WO4) Experiments show that under different pass conditions on the crystal a variety of spectral intensity greater influence, showing anisotropy. Therefore, in designing a laser diode pumped laser, should consider the appropriate pump light incident on the crystal axis. The crystal was cut according to the principal axis of the refractive index. Under the same experimental conditions, the pump had better absorption efficiency in the direction of Np axis. The fluorescence intensity in each direction, INp> INg> INm, Yb: KYW) crystals, the fluorescence intensity of which is INg> INp> INm; the fluorescence intensity of upconversion INp> INg> INm.
