在最近几届的村委会换届选举中,笔者发现有的地方选民投完票后在出口处顺手领到一笔钱才离开,经询问,一般叫"误工补贴".据了解,这种现象在悄悄蔓延,发的数目越来越大,集体经济比较好的村每人次十到几十元,经济比较差的每人次三到五元不等.
