瞬时感受器电位(TRP)M与TRPV蛋白家族成员在血管功能调控中发挥重要的作用,主要对钙离子的调节。TRPM4参与大脑血流自动调节;TRPM7在增生血管镁离子内流通道中发挥作用;TRPV1介导血管周围感觉神经的传出功能等;TRPV4对血管平滑肌细胞功能有一定的影响。该文对目前TRPM与TRPV蛋白的认识进行概述,讨论它们在心血管功能方面的作用。
Transient receptor potential (TRP) M and TRPV protein family members play an important role in the regulation of vascular function, the main regulation of calcium. TRPM4 is involved in the regulation of cerebral blood flow; TRPM7 plays a role in the proliferation of magnesium ion channels; TRPV1 mediates the export of peripheral sensory nerves; TRPV4 has a certain effect on the function of vascular smooth muscle cells. This article provides an overview of the current understanding of TRPM and TRPV proteins and their role in cardiovascular function.
