目的采用浊点萃取-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(CPE-GFAAS)测定铬的形态。方法以GFAAS为检测手段,TritonX-100为表面活性剂,8-羟基喹啉(8-HQ)为络合剂,考察pH和Triton X-100的用量、温度和时间等对浊点萃取Cr(Ⅲ)的影响。通过测定总铬和Cr(Ⅲ),计算出Cr(Ⅵ)的含量。结果最佳浊点萃取条件为pH=9,1.0 ml3%Triton X-100,水浴95℃,20 min。方法检出限为0.2μg/L,精密度RSD为4.1%,加标回收率在88%~98%之间。结论本方法污染小、简便快速、准确灵敏、精密度好。
Objective To determine the morphology of chromium by cloud point extraction - graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (CPE-GFAAS). Methods GFAAS was used as the detection method. TritonX-100 was used as surfactant and 8-hydroxyquinoline (8-HQ) as complexing agent. The effects of pH, Triton X-100 dosage, Ⅲ) influence. By measuring the total chromium and Cr (Ⅲ), calculate the Cr (Ⅵ) content. Results The optimum conditions of cloud point extraction were pH = 9, 1.0 ml 3% Triton X-100, water bath at 95 ℃ for 20 min. The detection limit of the method was 0.2 μg / L, the RSD of precision was 4.1%, and the recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 88% to 98%. Conclusion This method is less polluting, simple and rapid, accurate and sensitive, good precision.
