为了有效消除尾矿浆体输送管网中大流量高扬程输浆发生的破坏性水锤事故,由冶金部秦皇岛黑色冶金矿山设计研究院和济南市中给水设备机械厂研制的矿浆微阻缓闭止回阀,已在首钢大石河选厂应用获得成功。在矿浆输送管网上,在渣浆泵的出口处必须装有止回阀,用以截止矿浆倒流时产生的水锤。
