对广东省佛山市“4·17强对流天气”手机短信服务过程进行总结分析,期望在今后的工作中不断改进、弥补不足,更好地提升手机气象信息服务质量与水平,为各级政府的减灾决策和广大市民的工作生活便利提供更优质、更贴心的服务。通过这次的服务过程存在的不足进行反思得出如下结论:(1)手机短信预警服务能力和响应速度仍需进一步提高;(2)尽快建立多渠道的预警发送机制;(3)逐步建立起“政府主导、部门协作、社会参与”的多渠道气象灾害预警发布机制;(4)平时加大防灾科普宣传力度,增强市民防灾避灾、自救互救能力。
