目的研究中小学校开展结核病健康教育干预对师生结核病健康知识水平的影响。方法采用整群随机抽样方法对抽取的28所中小学师生实施结核病健康教育干预,干预前后对师生进行现场特定结防知识问卷调查。结果干预育后,教师、中、小学生结防知识总体知晓率分别提高25%、33%和54%,与干预前知晓率比较,统计学差异性显著(P<0.01)。结论学校实施结核病健康教育活动,能显著提高师生结防知识知晓率。
Objective To study the impact of tuberculosis health education intervention in primary and middle schools on the health knowledge level of TB and TB students. Methods A total of 28 primary and secondary school teachers and students were enrolled in the study. Health education interventions were carried out using a cluster random sampling method. Before and after the intervention, teachers and students were asked to conduct questionnaires on specific knowledge of prevention and treatment of tuberculosis. Results After intervention, the overall awareness rate of the knowledge of prevention and control among teachers, primary and secondary school students was increased by 25%, 33% and 54% respectively, which was significantly different from the pre-intervention awareness (P <0.01). Conclusion The implementation of tuberculosis health education activities in schools can significantly improve the awareness rate of teachers and students in prevention and treatment of tuberculosis.
