针对蜗杆轴应用范围广、需求量大,目前加工效率低的难题,提出了楔横轧蜗杆轴轧制方法。介绍了楔横轧蜗杆轴设计思想及成形基本原理,采用有限元模拟蜗杆轴轧制过程并在楔横轧机上对相同工况进行实验验证,得到轧件质量较好,与模拟结果基本相同。研究结果表明,楔横轧轧制蜗杆轴毛坯技术是一种高效、可行的轧制技术,它对于楔横轧技术的研究、推广以及蜗杆轴工业生产自动化发展具有重要的现实意义。
In view of the wide range of applications of the worm shaft, the large demand, and the current problem of low processing efficiency, a rolling method of wedge cross-rolling worm shaft is proposed. The design idea of the wedge cross rolling worm shaft and the forming principle are introduced. The finite element method is used to simulate the rolling process of the worm shaft and the same working condition is verified by the cross wedge rolling mill. The quality of the rolling stock is good and the simulation results are basically the same. The results show that the wedge cross-rolling worm shaft blank technology is an efficient and feasible rolling technology, which has important practical significance for the research and promotion of cross wedge rolling technology and the automation development of worm shaft industrial production.
