目的:建立以高效液相法测定何首乌水提液中二苯乙烯苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse Plus C18(100 mm×4.6 mm,3.5 μm),柱温为25℃,流动相为乙腈∶水=18∶82,流速为1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长为320 nm,进样量为8 μl。结果:二苯乙烯苷在38~237.5 μg·ml-1(r=0.9994)范围内线性关系良好,回收率为98.32%,RSD=1.59%。结论:本法简单、灵敏、专属性强,可用于何首乌中二苯乙烯苷的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of stilbene glycoside in Polygonum multiflorum. Methods: The column was Agilent Eclipse Plus C18 (100 mm × 4.6 mm, 3.5 μm). The column temperature was 25 ℃. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile: water = 18:82, the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min-1 and the detection wavelength was 320 nm, injection volume of 8 μl. Results: The calibration curve of stilbene glucoside in the range of 38 ~ 237.5 μg · ml-1 (r = 0.9994) was good. The recoveries were 98.32% and RSD was 1.59%. Conclusion: This method is simple, sensitive, specific and can be used for the determination of stilbene glycosides in fleece-flower root.
