当前,人类发展所需的不可再生资源正在快速枯竭,这将导致资源价格呈几何级数提高,从而也带来企业成本呈几何级数增加。在激烈的市场竞争中,面对成本快速增加的压力,企业却很难将产品销售价格同步提高。因此,亏损将会是一种普遍的经济现象,多数企业难以生存也会是一种普遍现象。在此背景下,选择既能满足质量要求,又能快速降低成本且快速满足顾客要求的精益管理模式,就会成为一种普遍的企业追求。精益管理因此也就贯穿了企业运营中的各个环节,包括:企业战略、营销、运营、计划、生产、物流、服务、质量、财务、人力等。但是我们发现,只在单一企业中追求精益管理是无法解决整体供应链中的浪费的。于是对精益供应链管理的研究也愈来愈多。在众多研究中,笔者没有发现精益思想对供应链绩效评价的影响方面的研究,事实上,这是个非常重要的课题,研究意义深远。在下文中,笔者将着重介绍精益思想,以及精益思想对供应链绩效评价理论的影响。
At present, the non-renewable resources needed for human development are rapidly depleting, which will lead to the geometric progression of resource prices, thus resulting in a geometric increase in business costs. In the fierce market competition, the face of the pressure of rapid cost increases, it is difficult for enterprises to simultaneously increase product sales prices. Therefore, the loss will be a common economic phenomenon. It is also a common phenomenon that most enterprises can hardly survive. In this context, the choice of both to meet the quality requirements, but also quickly reduce costs and quickly meet customer requirements of the lean management model, it will become a common business pursuit. Lean management therefore runs through all aspects of business operations, including: corporate strategy, marketing, operations, planning, production, logistics, service, quality, finance, and human resources. However, we found that pursuing lean management in a single firm alone can not solve the waste in the overall supply chain. So more and more research on lean supply chain management. In many researches, the author does not find out the research on the impact of lean thinking on the performance evaluation of supply chain. In fact, this is a very important issue and the research is far-reaching. In the following, the author will focus on introducing lean thinking, as well as lean thinking on supply chain performance evaluation theory.
