目的:研讨护理情景教学模式在急救护理学教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2010级护理班学生200名,随机分为两组,甲组100名,采用护理情景教学模式进行急救护理学的学习;乙组100名,采用模拟人讲解的传统教学方法进行急救护理学的学习,对两组学生进行急救知识的掌握程度及实践急救能力的考核,并进行对比分析。结果:对比两组的考核成绩,甲组对急救知识的掌握程度及实践急救能力,均显著优越于乙组,差异性显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用护理情景教学模式,进行急救护理学教学,可有效增加学生对急救知识的掌握程度,提高学生在急救护理中的急救反应及动手能力,适宜在急救护理教学中广泛应用。
Objective: To study the application effect of nursing scene teaching mode in emergency nursing teaching. Methods: A total of 200 2010 class nursing students were selected and randomly divided into two groups, group A with 100 students. The nursing scene teaching mode was used to study first aid nursing. Group B, 100 students, were trained with the traditional teaching method of simulator to provide emergency nursing Learning, two groups of students to grasp the level of first aid knowledge and emergency rescue ability assessment, and comparative analysis. Results: Comparing the test scores of two groups, the mastery degree of first aid knowledge and first aid ability of group A were significantly superior to that of group B, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: The use of nursing scene teaching mode, emergency nursing teaching, which can effectively increase students mastery of first aid knowledge and improve students’ first aid response in emergency care and practical ability, suitable for emergency care teaching widely used.
