1.绪言当把集成电路技术用于获取生理参数时,它就会在数据采集、诊断、监护和医疗处置中发挥主要作用。实际上,利用集成电路技术制成的微型传感器特别适用于生物医学。与目前生物医学中所用的其它传感器相比,它有着许多后者所不及的长处。简单地讲,这些长处包括几何尺寸小、快速时间响应,可靠性高及多用探头等等。它甚至可以就在硅片上对信号进行处理而得到一个适当的阻抗变换和温度补偿,完成多路信号复合
1. INTRODUCTION When integrated circuit technology is used to acquire physiological parameters, it plays a major role in data acquisition, diagnosis, care and medical treatment. In fact, micro-sensors made using integrated circuit technology are particularly suitable for biomedical applications. It has many of the advantages of the latter compared to other sensors currently used in biomedicine. Simply put, these benefits include small geometries, fast time response, high reliability and multipurpose probes and more. It can even deal with the signal on the silicon to get an appropriate impedance transformation and temperature compensation to complete the multi-channel signal complex
