本文总结了60万千瓦汽轮机总装的经验。对总装中采用的钢丝找中的方法进行了详细的阐述。认为钢丝找中与其它找中方法(如:假轴、光学、激光等找中方法)比较,具有设备简单、操作方便、找中精度较高及不受温度、自然环境影响等优点.同时还对该机装配结构的特点和总装的工艺过程进行了介绍,可供搞大型汽轮机总装的工程技术人员参考。
This article summarizes the experience of 600,000-kilowatt turbine assembly. The method of finding the wire used in the assembly is described in detail. It is believed that comparing with other finding methods (such as fake axis, optics, laser, etc.), it is considered that the wire has the advantages of simple equipment, convenient operation, high accuracy of finding, and not affected by temperature and natural environment. The characteristics of the aircraft assembly structure and the assembly process introduced, for large steam turbine assembly of engineering and technical personnel reference.
