非师范类专业毕业人员通过考试吸收进教师队伍,有利于激发教师职业的竞争力,促进教育事业的发展。但是,这些具有教师资格证的非师范类教师由于职前缺乏扎实的教育专业理论知识,在从教初期无论是教育教学能力、人际交往调控能力还是自我发展能力都存在严重不足。因此,帮助非师范类专业教师尽快提升职业能力、缩小与师范类专业教师的差距刻不容缓。
Non-normal professional graduates through the examination absorbed into the ranks of teachers, is conducive to stimulating the competitiveness of teachers, and promote the development of education. However, due to the lack of a solid theoretical knowledge of education, these non-teacher teachers with teacher certification have serious deficiencies in their ability of education and teaching, interpersonal regulation and self-development since the early days of teaching.
