目的:研究枫蓼提取物的抗炎作用及其作用机制。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、冰醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高及角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀炎症模型,灌胃给药5d,研究枫蓼提取物的抗炎作用,通过测定大鼠炎足组织中白介素1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)、一氧化氮(NO)及丙二醛(MDA)的含量,分析枫蓼提取物的抗炎机制。结果:枫蓼提取物23.4、46.8g/kg能明显抑制小鼠耳肿胀,降低小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性、减少渗出。角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀实验结果表明,枫蓼提取物16.2、32.4g/kg能显著抑制角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀,提取物16.2、32.4g/kg能不同程度的降低炎足组织中TNF-α、IL-1β、PGE_2和MDA的含量,但对NO无明显影响。结论:枫蓼提取物具有明显的抗炎作用,其抗炎机制可能与抑制炎性介质释放及抗氧化有关。

Conclusion: Polygonum amylum extract has obvious anti-inflammatory effect, and its anti-inflammatory mechanism may be related to inhibition of inflammatory mediators release and anti-oxidation.
