作者报道了用含骆驼蓬(Peganum harmala L)籽提取液5%的药食喂养人工接种腹腔继发性棘球蝴和泡球蝴小鼠,疗程60~120d,实验结果发现对鼠体内的棘球蝴和泡球蚴均有抑制生长的作用。与对照组相比,对棘球蝴与泡球蚴囊的大小、数量及囊重进行了观察,囊重减轻率分别为59%~63%与54%(P<0.05)。光镜和透射电镜观察,可见用药组棘球蚴囊壁角质层与生发膜被损伤。
